Step by Step Instructions

This crochet tutorial is divided into 4 parts:
- Bellflower
- Leaf
- Stalk
- Putting It Together
Bellflower

Make two of these in the color of your choice. I am using white, but feel free to experiment with different colors!
1: MR, 6 SC
2: 6 V
3: 6 (SC, V)
4 to 7: 18 SC
8: 6 (SC, A)
9: 6 [(SC, HDC, DC), (DC, HDC, SC)] – Do all the stitches inside each bracket in one stitch.
Leaf

Then, make 2 leaves.
16 CH, go back 2 chains, SC, HDC, 3 DC, HDC, SC, SL ST, SC, HDC, 3 DC, HDC, (SC, CH, SC), HDC, 3 DC, HDC, SC, SL ST, SC, HDC, 3 DC, HDC, SC
(SC, CH, SC) forms the tip of the leaf.
Stalk

For the stalk, simply crochet a chain until you are happy with the length. I did 60 CH for mine.
Putting It Together
Now, let’s assemble the crochet bell flower keychain!
- Sew the stalk – There are 2 ways you can do this: you can crochet the stalk and bellflowers separately, then sew them together after. Or, if you prefer, you can attach the stalk while you are crocheting the bellflower (that’s the method I will be demoing in the video below). Go with whichever way feels better for you!
- Glue the leaves – Use a glue gun to stick the leaves together.
- Tie it all together – Wrap the stalk around the leaves and tie a knot.
And just like that, you made your very own crochet bell flower keychain!
If you learn best by seeing each step in action or just want to crochet along together, I got you! Watch the full step-by-step tutorial below and let’s make this bellflower bag charm side by side.
