Step by Step Instructions
This pizza crochet project is made up of four steps. Let’s start from the toppings and work our way to the full slice.
Step 1: Sausages
For the sausages, I have prepared a full sausage and a half sausage.

To crochet the full sausage, simply:
- Do a MR,
- Crochet 10 HDC,
- End off with a slip stitch,
- Cut the yarn and hide it behind the sausage.
For the half sausage:
- MR,
- 6 HDC with no slip stitch,
- Cut the yarn and hide it behind the sausage as well.
Step 2: Pizza
Now, let’s crochet the actual pizza slice. We will begin from the pointed end using yellow yarn.

Using the yellow yarn,
1: MR, 4 DC (no need for slip stitch)
2: 2 CH, flip, 2 (DC, FV)
3: 2 CH, flip, 2 (2 DC, FV)
4: 2 CH, flip, 2 (3 DC, FV)
5: 2 CH, flip, 2 (4 DC, FV)
6: 2 CH, flip, 2 (5 DC, FV)

Switch to brown yarn to make the crust.
7: 2 CH, flip, 2 (6 DC, FV)
8: FLO, 16 DC, leave long tail for sewing.
To sew the crust and give it a thicker look, fold the last row and sew it into the back loop. It will create that nice, chunky pizza crust look.

Then, hide all the excess yarns.
Step 3: Add Toppings
Now for the fun part, toppings! This is what gives your crochet pizza keychain personality..

First, use your glue gun to stick the sausages onto the pizza slice.

Then, with green yarn, sew little lines on top of the pizza to resemble herbs or green peppers.
Step 4: Attach Keychain
Last but not least, let’s turn this slice into a crochet pizza keychain!

Attach the keychain to the top of the pizza slice, and you are done.
You now have a super cute crochet pizza slice that’s gift-ready or perfect for your own keyring.
