Art licensing is where you can rent artwork to use in your business. For example, you may license one of my designs to use on a product you sell. Licensing can be non exclusive or exclusive and is for a set time period.

A non exclusive license means you can license a design from me to be printed onto your products. The same design can also be used by other companies. I will retain the copyright and ownership of the design at all times.

For an exclusive license, we will negotiate and agree on terms for the use of the design. This license will be specific to your industry and territory. For example, if the license is for childrenswear in the USA, I could still license the same design for childrenswear in Canada as that is a different territory, or for a different category such as home decor or stationery in the USA. I will retain the copyright and ownership of the design. At the end of the agreed time period, you will have first right to renew the license. If you do not renew, the rights return to me as the artist.

Yes, I can customise colours to suit your brand. Vector designs can be changed to specific colours including Pantone references. For watercolour work, background colours can be adjusted and minor colour tweaks can be made. Please fill in the enquiry form below to discuss how I can help you.

Files are provided as high resolution PNGs, PSD files, or Affinity Designer files depending on your needs. If you have a specific requirement, please mention it in the enquiry form and I will do my best to accommodate.
